Conditions of Boarding

Current Vaccination certificates must be produced on arrival when boarding your pet. If boosters are required they should be done two weeks prior to boarding. We reserve the right to refuse admittance if your pet does not comply with this requirement

Minimum Vaccinations Required:

Cats – F3 This vaccine covers Feline Enteritis, Rhinotracheitis Virus & Calici Virus which both cause Cat Flu.

Dogs – C5 This vaccine covers Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvovirus, Bordetella and Canine Cough.
Dogs that recieve the 3 year vaccination must still have the yearly canine cough vaccination.

We recommend all pets have regular flea and worm treatments.

 
Special Dietary Requirements

Please notify us of any special dietary requirements prior to boarding and on the arrival day. If your pets own food is supplied this should be clearly labelled with their name and feeding instructions and given to our office staff on check in.

 
Medical Conditions/Medications

Please notify us of any medical conditions or medications your pet is taking prior to boarding and on the arrival day. All medications must be labelled clearly with the dosage and pets name and be given to office staff on check in. All staff can administer basic medications. We do not board diabetic pets.
