"Kepala Pet Resort
provides FIVE STAR luxury accommodation for pets"
Kepala Pet Resort provides five star
luxury accommodation for a wide range of pets including cats, dogs,
rabbits and guinea pigs.
The Lacy family established Kepala Pet Resort in 1973. Today, it is
operated by Kevin and Pauline Lacy, family and staff.
We are members of the The Pet Industry Association of Australia (PIAA),
the National Dog Training Association of Australia (NDTA), and the
Victoria Canine Association (VCA).
The resort is situated 15 minutes from Melbourne Airport on 36 acres
of picturesque, tranquil countryside with superb views of the
surrounding valleys and the Melbourne City skyline.
When your pet arrives he or she will settle in very quickly in the
spacious, modern accommodations with many including heating and
cooling. Soothing music is played to relax and comfort your pet
during his or her stay. We also have large grassed areas where your
pets can romp and play for fun and safe exercise.
All our staff have their own pets and are fully qualified and
experienced, so they understand the needs and expectations of both
customers and their pets.
We realise that the transition to boarding away from home can be
unsettling for some pets, so we encourage you to bring along their
favourite toys and treats. Bedding is provided, however you are
welcome to supply your own if you believe it will make your pets'
stay more enjoyable.
We have a Vet on call 24 hours a day so that any problems that may
arise can be attended to immediately. Owners will be notified of any
problems and medical assistance will be sought if required.
We invite you to visit and view our complex prior to making a
booking. Please note that bookings for holiday periods should be
made as early as possible.
We are open for inspection
6 days a week between 11 - 12.30pm. No
appointment is required. However, outside these hours, inspection is
by appointment only.
